U7 & U8 FALL Season

PRACTICE DATES:
Practice will be starting August 11th at 5:30 to 6:45 Tuesday and Thursdays for the fall season.

PRACTICE TIME: 5:30pm – 6:45pm

Two FALL tournaments:
Oct. 10-11th Racine Light House

Mike Koch (pronounced “Cook”), Head Coach

 Mike Koch has been part of the Croatian Eagles for over 18 years.  During that time, he started as a youth player — then went on to play for the Majors and now enjoys playing in the Over 30 league.  He has a great passion for playing and coaching soccer.  Even today, many of Coach Koch’s best friends are from his childhood days of playing soccer at the club.

From 1999 to 2006, Mike was on the coaching staff for both the Men’s and Women’s Varsity Soccer Programs at Homestead High School in Mequon, WI.  Over the years, he has coached several youth teams (at other clubs and for the Croatian Eagles). Mike has been coaching our team for the past 4 years.  He really enjoys being part of a family-oriented club. On the left, you see Coach Koch playing with one of his players.

When he is not on a soccer field, Coach Koch loves spending time with his three children and his wife.  During the school year, he teaches at-risk students at a charter school.

Here is a note from Coach Mike Koch:
“I have many positive soccer experiences and memories.  As a coach, I want my players to enjoy the game, learn as much as possible, and create positive memories of their playing years.  To accomplish those goals, the cohesiveness of the team and parents is extremely important.  A strong cohesiveness will lead to players and families who will go the extra mile for each other and their team – a quality each player will take with them for the rest of their lives.   As your coach, I commit to continually building and maintaining that balance.  Once achieved, our team’s performance will have no limits!!”
