All 14 boys did a great job representing themselves, their families, and our club at the Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup. Each game, the team’s play was stronger and stronger (from ball possession to accuracy to the beautiful passing in the final game). Enjoy the pictures from their time off:

Airline Tickets Due

Please remember to bring your check for the airline tickets to Las Vegas (for the Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup Showcase) to practice on Thursday, November 17th. Karen Domitrz will be collecting the payments.

Las Vegas International Showcase (WE ARE IN)!!

The Red Team has been accepted into the Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup International Showcase from February 17th -20th in Las Vegas, NV.  Our players will be staying at the host hotel – the Hilton Las Vegas located at 3000 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas NV. Our goal is to put 4 boys in each room which would make the room costs less than $30 per night per player.

TRAINING IN VEGAS: Coach is looking to take the boys down to Las Vegas WEDNESDAY AFTER SCHOOL (Feb 15th) to get some quality outdoor training on full size fields before the start of the tournament.

NOTE on HOTEL & HOUSING: Coach Farrell wants the boys rooming together as a team (not with their individual families). While parents and families are certainly welcome to travel with the team, Coach wants the boys doing everything as a team – including housing and their meals. Thus, the team will have 4 or 5 rooms for the boys. For supervision purposes, Coach may request a parent or two to help chaperone.  Once again, the hotel is the Las Vegas Hilton (host hotel for the tournament).

2nd Place at Kalamazoo Invite

Congratulations on a 2nd Place finish at the Kalamazoo Invitational Soccer Showcase and you did it with only 1 sub throughout the week!!

Cleveland Continental Cup SCHEDULE is out.

Here is the schedule for the Continental Cup in Cleveland:

Thursday at 4:45pm vs ANCASTER TITANS (CANADA) at Krueger Park KP 1

Friday at 11:45am vs WHITBY IROQUOIS (CANADA) at Krueger Park KP 3

Saturday at 11:45am vs NORTHEAST OHIO SELECT NEO (ON) at Lost Nations Park LN 1

Saturday’s late game will start at 4:45pm, 6pm, or 7:15pm (TBD).  Everyone gets a 2nd game on Saturday.

**If we advance onto Sunday, the game times will be 8am and 12:15pm.

Don’t cancel hotels yet.

Do not cancel our hotels for Cleveland yet. We are working on getting to stay in the lower rate hotel rooms.

Friday AT CROATIAN PARK

Friday (June 9th) practice from 6:30pm – 8pm is at CROATIAN PARK.

Bavarian Game Rescheduled

We finally have a date for the Bavarian game.  Thursday, June 16th at 7:00pm at Bavarian Fields.
