Cleveland Continental Cup SCHEDULE is out.

Here is the schedule for the Continental Cup in Cleveland:

Thursday at 4:45pm vs ANCASTER TITANS (CANADA) at Krueger Park KP 1

Friday at 11:45am vs WHITBY IROQUOIS (CANADA) at Krueger Park KP 3

Saturday at 11:45am vs NORTHEAST OHIO SELECT NEO (ON) at Lost Nations Park LN 1

Saturday’s late game will start at 4:45pm, 6pm, or 7:15pm (TBD).  Everyone gets a 2nd game on Saturday.

**If we advance onto Sunday, the game times will be 8am and 12:15pm.

Friday (June 9th) practice from 6:30pm – 8pm is at CROATIAN PARK.

Bavarian Game Rescheduled

We finally have a date for the Bavarian game.  Thursday, June 16th at 7:00pm at Bavarian Fields.

 

PRACTICE in Muskego this week

Reminder practice tomorrow, Wednesday June 8 is at Moorland Park in Muskego, where we previously practiced.  Please make sure the boys bring plenty of water.

This is the tournament Coach Farrell was talking about at the parent meeting last week.  Please take a look at the web site and see if this is something you would be interested in having your son attend.  Coach has to confirm whether or not we will be attending by Tuesday, May 31st so please respond to him asap.

***TEAM REGISTRATION COST is  $800.00***    This would be divided by the number of players attending.  If we take at least 16 players, each player would pay $50 to play against International Competition.

Directions to Reindahl Park for RED TEAM

Reindahl Park is located on Madison’s east side at 2100 Portage Ave.  Portage Ave is just off of East Washington Ave so it is very easy to get to from the Interstate. When you turn onto Portage Ave, the soccer fields are toward the back of the park.  You can see them on the satellite picture in google maps.

2. Please do not contact your hotel directly and be sure to let your group know this as well. Confusion is often created by individuals calling the hotels direct and ultimately may result in reservation errors. The hotels understand how our process works and will only direct incoming calls back to us. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

3. Other Methods of Making Reservations: Making your reservations online using your team’s online reservations webpage is the quickest and most secure way for you and your team group to book thei r rooms.
Emailing Reservations: For security reasons and protection of personal information, we do not accept emailed reservations or rooming lists.
Calling to make reservations: You may call us directly to make a reservation at (269) 978-2418, we are available M-F 9am-6pm EST and Saturday 9am-1pm EST. Please note: Reservations can be made 24hours, 7 days a week through your team’s online reservation webpage.

4. When Reservations Are Completed: When your team’s online reservations are completed, please contact us by phone or email and we will confirm your reservations with the hotel and acquire confirmation numbers for each room booked. You will be notified by email when your confirmation numbers are available.

5. Cancellation Policies: All hotel policies, cancellation information and room night minimums will be provided on your Online Reservations Webpage. Please be sure to read them and remember to pass this in formation along to your group. These policies are set forth by the hotels and are not policies of Premier Sports Events. We only provide the information to you.

6. Need more rooms: In the event you need more rooms then initially blocked, please contact us either by phone or email. Additional rooms will be based on availability at the time you contact us.

7. Special requests: If you are interested in a team party room or other special requests, please contact us either by phone or email. We will be able to assist you with this. You will also have the option of making a special request when making your individual reservation.

8. Smoking vs. non smoking rooms. We have requested that the hotels in the block attempt to honor the requests for smoking/non smoking rooms. However due to the large number of rooms being used in each hotel it may not be possible for all requests to be filled. There is no guarantee that all of your rooms wi ll be non smoking.

9. Privacy Protection and Security. Premier Sports Events (PSE) currently uses 3.0 Secure Socket Layer technologies to encrypt all your personal information including credit card number, name and address. Information collected by PSE is stored in a single, secure database, accessible only by PSE.
