U7 & U8 FALL Season

PRACTICE DATES:
Practice will be starting August 11th at 5:30 to 6:45 Tuesday and Thursdays for the fall season.

PRACTICE TIME: 5:30pm – 6:45pm

Two FALL tournaments:
Oct. 10-11th Racine Light House

2.   picture 1×1 photo

3.   copy of birth certificate

4.   fees

5.   contact and uniform information sheet completed
