LITTLE EAGLES

Little Eagles is a fun, age-appropriate soccer program for 4–6 year olds, designed to build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game. Led by a USSF-licensed coach, players develop essential soccer skills through engaging, station-based practices alongside experienced Croatian Eagles academy coaches in a positive, supportive environment.

ACADEMY

The CESC Youth Academy provides a high-quality developmental pathway for players seeking to grow their skills under the guidance of nationally licensed coaches using a proven game-model approach. Open to players of all experience levels, the program offers fun, appropriately challenging competition through WYSA leagues and the CLUB v CLUB model.

SELECT

At the Select level, CESC places a strong emphasis on advanced technical development while significantly expanding players’ tactical understanding and soccer IQ within the club’s game model. From U15–U19, training becomes more rigorous and competitive, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development to prepare players for the next level of their soccer careers.
