Hello Eagles Families!

 

MOSH (Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital) will be providing Medical Coverage for all tournaments and weekend games when we have more than 10 games scheduled.  Their staff will be able to assess any minor or major injuries along with having direct access to the Orthopedic Surgeons on call for the weekend. 

 

All Eagles players and family members receive priority scheduling with MOSH and can expect expedited appointments. So whether it’s a back, neck, knee, ankle, hip, or just an X-ray you will receive priority scheduling.

WALK-IN CARE

The MOSH Performance Center walk in care now has extended hours  8 am to 9 pm Monday through Friday.  Saturday 8 am to 1 pm.  Your patients can walk in or register for walk in appointments at www.mymosh.com.  The address is 7095 South Ballpark Drive
