Manager Registration Information

Pre-tournament required documentation (submitted electronically) 


All teams must submit paperwork electronically before April 27th with the following documents scanned, uploaded and submitted to submission email should make clear the team name and age level.



Submission Process

  • Collect the required documents.

  • Create PDF files for each document type as they will be sent separately.

  • Scan hard copies and passes.

  • Email the documents to:

  • In the subject of the email include your complete team name, age group and gender of the team: Example: 2007 (U11) Boy Croatian Eagles Red


You will receive an email informing you of that you are missing required paperwork or that your application is complete once your paper work has been reviewed.

Registration will not be finalized without the submission of the above documents and registration fees paid in full including the parking fee.


Team Check-in at Tournament


On the day of the tournament, teams need to check in at the Croatian Eagles Club House a minimum of one hour before their first game. Teams can also check in Friday evening from 4 pm-8 pm.  For teams U11 and above all that is needed at check-in is player passes in alphabetical order to be bonded together.  U7-U10 need to bring player passes if they have them otherwise a copy of their state roster.


Though not required at check in all teams must have copies of their state roster and player medical releases on them at all times during the tournament.


Game Times
U8- 20 minute halves 5 min halftime 5 minutes between games
U9/U10 - 25 minute halves 5 min halftime 5 minutes between games
U11/U12 - 30 minute halves 5min halftime 5 minutes between games
